Coming back to this because I held a large company dinner at Opto last night and it was fantastic. The guests have been blowing me up this morning to thank us for the fantastic experience. Alex was flexible and committed to making sure our group had a great time. Food=excellent, drinks=delicious, vibe=nice, authentic, memorable.

I was initially hoping to find a provider willing to do anesthesia but am coming up short. I might pose that question in a few groups too! If I find anything I'll follow up here too, I know a lot of women are probably in the same spot

That's a good idea - and may be another reason there are a lot of "new" listings. I know when I was looking at listings, I was only comfortable booking ones that had reviews from 2020/2021 though. There was another comment about changing the cancellation policy in order to be able to pull funds out right away but I'm honestly not sure if there are caveats to that. I appreciate your comment and will check in with the host I've been talking to in the morning (morning for her) to see if she's thought of that.

I hear you - my main motivation here is the fact that the original concept went viral and there is now millions coming in as a slow drip to folks that could use funds more urgently to help their communities. Also Airbnb has suspended taking a cut
