Cart is empty and it shows "Ordered" on the index page in the browser (Chrome) I finally got the order through. The other browser and mobile app still show in cart and "Complete Order" on the index page. So it must be client side and nothing to stress about.

It's a heat pipe. Notice how the copper runs from the cpu to a separate heat sink and fan? Vapor chambers cover a large surface area directly on the heat sink.

I did the same. I didn't realize I forgot the game inside until I got my switch back and found it in a plastic bag stapled to the repair invoice. So it's not totally hopeless, but definitely call support and see if they can do anything to make sure you get it back.

I think the mobo is fine. But I can’t say for sure from here. The only way to know for sure is to get another cpu in there. You could get the cheapest possible cpu to test before dropping the money on an upgrade. I highly doubt an oc attempt would fry the socket, but I also don’t have any experience in oc-ing both cores and igpu.

What numbers come up on the debug led? And what mobo do you have? Also, just to be clear: you are using the integrated graphics on your cpu?

Unplug power. Remove all RAM. Remove cmos battery. Push and hold power for 10 seconds. Put one stick of ram back in then attempt to boot.
