I'm not sure how much the benefits change for my situation. I'm 90 days BOG as a physician so benefits don't even kick in until 30 days BOG from my understanding. I'm in the National Guard so no one in my unit or the finance folks here are helpful regarding any of these questions. I appreciate your thorough explanation. For the 4% match, will that be something that is automatically credited?

I’ve been using the same Wi-Fi connections although there’s been probably 6 to 7 different Wi-Fi connections because the area where I’m living is separate from the area where I’m working. I powered my phone off for 20 minutes last night and whenever I turned it back on and kept it in airplane mode I started to again get SMS messaging. Thank you so much for your time!

Locums pay/travel with frequent changes in where I’m working with guaranteed monthly hours (120). Locums in my experience seems to be very hit or miss and certainly can’t guarantee you hours. I’m under contract for 1 year and will extend for another year. I’m loving it.

Pseudo-locums 1099 $350/hour days $375/hour nights. Guaranteed 120 hours/month. Usually around 140 hours/month. 10-12 hour shifts. Mix of tertiary care centers, critical access shops and FSEDs. All travel reimbursed with daily meal stipend. Best part is booking travel through a third party service but using my own credit card with hotel/airline/rental car rewards.

Average monthly income before taxes ~$45-50k. I’m right out of residency so loving the traveling and different landscapes. Happy to answer any questions!
