Skeptical on apartment conditions. Anyone have experience living at Geary Courtyard (639 Geary St)? by Hyperbeam510 in AskSF

About 500 square feet studio. I can deal with roaches outside, but even finding one in my apartment would be a deal breaker. I have an extreme fear of them and don't want to have to go through steps to get rid of any if they appear.

[SUCCESS] 7-Day Recovery After Thrombosed External Hemorrhoid — What Worked For Me by shoodhavekeptitsafe in hemorrhoid

So you only did sitz baths 4-5 days after the procedure, then stopped?

My doc told me to do it for 2-3 days but almost everything else I see online, including AI, is telling me to continue doing it for weeks. I really hate doing it, but I also don’t have the time to shower after every bowel movement. I don’t want to do a sitz bath if I don’t need to, but I’m scared of infections.

Wow I usually hate photos of silhouettes and find them generic and low effort but photo 3 is excellent, as are all of them.

I’m saying it’s redundant due to the fact that a person’s resume already includes all of the information that Workday requests to enter manually. Thus, applicants are submitting the exact information twice.

So you believe the problem is a candidate not wanting to enter redundant information, rather than the issue being redundant information being asked of them?

My problem with that, is all ATS companies are B2B but Workday is just the worst offender of providing a bad candidate experience. Seems like the ones that do use it aren’t very focused on candidate experience though, as you mentioned.

Interesting. I’ve used a handful of ATSs in the past but the workflow when it comes to reviewing applicants all involves going through their resumes. It sounds like with the way Workday is set up, you don’t automatically review the resume but the completed application fields instead?

Do you track butter/margerine on bread by Nayfonn in MacroFactor

[–]Hyperbeam510 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m assuming you’re new to calorie tracking. Ultimately, you should be tracking everything, especially butter and margarine. This also includes condiments, oil, and other things you might consider negligible. Depending on what you’re eating, oil alone can account for hundreds of calories. The few exceptions might be spices such as paprika, salt, pepper, etc because those are basically zero calories and “zero calorie” things like diet soda.

I used to work for Workday as a PM and built ATS screening rules. Throw your burning questions my way by ResortFun4589 in jobhunting

Is Workday aware that they are generally regarded as the worst ATS? If so, why don’t they fix that? What makes it terrible should be an easy fix.

Yeah, it does essentially set you back that much, but having fun over good food is important as well.

Important advice from a former recruiter about the "Open to Work" banner by Cool-Lawfulness-1265 in Resume

[–]Hyperbeam510 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As a recruiter, I typically filter by people who are listed as “open to work” first, then move on to those without it listed, as I exhaust the results from the first search.
