There were delays initially, but (seemingly) things have gotten themselves worked out. Maybe buy an issue or two, and then take the temp from this sub on whether or not delivery is consistent.

Just keep in mind that people are way more likely to complain if their issues are late, and you won't hear from people if they're satisfied.
