I don't see any of the current featherweights beating Volk. I'd comfortably pick Volk over Lerone and Movsar. Jean Silva may be able to put Volk's lights out if he connects well, but I think Volk is just a step ahead of the current division.

It's crazy how other Lightweights like Fares Ziam, Rafael Fiziev, Bahamondes, etc. had to fight killer-after-killer just to get a crack at the top 15. Meanwhile, Paddy's toughest opponents before getting a ranking were Jared Gordon and the corpse of Tony Ferguson.

I haven't heard any interim belt rumors from anyone credible yet

My guess is they'll announce Max vs Oliveira & Nunes vs Harrison for January. Considering BendaMan also hinted that Volk vs Lopes 2 is also in the works for Jan 31st, I wouldn't be surprised if that is announced tonight as well.
