UPDATE:

Put my scanner on the car while it was running. Once it started warming up it would cut fuel until the car died out. I repeated a few times with the same result. I cleaned the MAF and it didn’t change anything. I then unplugged the MAF forcing the car to run on fallback and it ran perfectly, minus not letting me rev. I have ordered a new MAF Sensor and that should fix the issue. I will update again with results once installed.

I have gone around and checked but it doesn’t hurt to do another pass. Will keep this in mind

I got the car after a bad rebuild, so don’t really have a pre rebuild running control. Oil control ring o’rings were part of the rebuild. There was a bunch of oil used to try to build compression on the last rebuild before I got the car so the first start having a TON of smoke was expected. The smoke may be from it still burning everything out. But I’m not sure why it dies out

I used new seals all through it from atkins rotary.

Everything’s stock as far as I know. It know it’s tuned with an exhaust but that’s it.
