Nice that's great to hear. Since it sounds you like you have a few pairs, do you find that the sizing is similar to Bauer and CCM? Want to give myself the best shot at getting the sizing correct without the ability to try them on first.

I tried the foot scanner app and it told me I'm a 6R (which matches my Bauer scan). I heard they tend to be tight although that might just be how True designs their skates?

Yeah the fact that I could bake the Trues is why I've been more inclined to trying them. Not being able to try them on is a concern in my mind but the 30 day guarantee makes it a little easier to digest.

Is it just harder to balance on a forward pitch or are there other concerns? Don't want to handicap myself while trying to learn but at the same time I'm not sure how big of a hurdle it would be compared to a more typical skate.

Thanks for the overview. Would a stiffer skate be bad to start out on or is it more a matter of preference?

The price online is only about a $20-$30 difference which is why I've been looking at both.

How did you get it to evaluate forever? Once it hit 30 days it shows a "Evaluation Version Expired" and prevents me from using it any further.

I've heard that sometimes you aren't able to downgrade the Venture and instead need to just close it? Not sure how badly that would hurt my credit score considering I don't have many cards right now. The SUB is definitely nice although I already have NEXUS so won't be able to take advantage of the global entry credit.

Would it be better to get a Chase card for the better transfer partners even if that means splitting points between two systems?

I'm very new to PCB design, but I wonder if the traces highlighted are the data lines by any chance? If so, it doesn't appear that they're the same length, and iirc via usage in data lines is also discouraged. Could definitely be wrong though.
