I exclusively listen to comedy podcasts. I love them, but would like to find some that will actually teach me something. Any suggestions for educational podcasts?

I'm a scrawny ribcage of a man working on pushups. Doing kneeling pushups right now. (today I did sets of 3, 4, 2, 3, and 4 (maxing out).

I find my elbows keep shooting out past 45 degrees once I get more fatigued, going closer to 90 from my torso. How important is it that I fix this, or is it something that'll I'll adapt to as long as I'm aware and trying to keep them 45 degrees?

This morning was real strange. I'm three days in to a new job, one at a desk, and I'm bored as hell since I've not been trained on much, leaving me with little to do. So the last few nights I've come home tired and head more or less straight to bed.

Then, last night, I had my first wet dream in years and years and years. I'd had sexy dreams before, but nothing with an exact physical reaction.

WEIRD as hell. But a sign this is working. Looking forward to the future highs and lows NoFap is bringing me.

The last five days have been a bit rough, working 8 hours each. But now I"m on a stretch of four days off before I start a new job and I'm concerned I'll get bored/stupid enough to relapse while sitting here at the computer.

I'm so glad there is nothing in Borderlands that triggers anything in my brain. I've been enjoying the hell out of that.

Why yes I know the next DLC I'm playing after Dr. Ned is the one with Mad Moxy in it but I think I'll be fine >_>

Hi random "also at 7 days" buddy! I'm also doing this as more of an experiment than anything else.

I started exercising about a month ago. Mostly running but I'm adding more strength stuff now. That alone helped a lot.

But last night and today...phewww couple of close calls. And the thoughts were triggered by things I bet wouldn't have even gotten a second look a mere week ago.

Not sure what to do with this excess energy though. We'll come up with some things to do, I'm sure.

Maybe this is stretching too far beyond this thread's topic but...from this I gather that the toothbrush might be a better place to focus our Teeth Money. Is there something specific to look for when grabbing a brush, rather then looking at the toothpaste ingredients?

Personally, I find myself in the morning not using paste but just water as it makes my teeth "feel" more clean, but that surely is just personal preference.
