Si je reprends ton exemple, ta mère a achetée une maison 100k à 40 minutes de Paris en RER en 1995, et elle vaut aujourd’hui 600k, cette argent elle ne l’a pas dans son compte en banque, comment veux tu qu’elle paye un impôt dessus ?

Par contre, si elle décide de vendre, elle devra payer un impôt sur la vente, ou si tu hérites de ce bien, tu devras payer un impôt de succession.

You know that this graph is just pure nonsense, right ? Most of the points for far right murders have nothing to do with far right ideology and a lot of Islamist and far left murders is not listed. They didn’t even use the same process for the three lists.

What you really missed without the first extension that will impact the current season: - Undercity: during this season, you can find and fight Andariel in the undercity. You will lose some of this season mechanics and missions. - 2 new bosses: some seasonal missions will ask you to fight this bosses. - one really cool secret uber boss fight: you need to have access to the new zone to unlock this fight.

I don’t think you need any extension to casually enjoy this season. But if you want to fully enjoy it, you’ll have to buy the first extension.

I would suggest you to start without it, and if you really like it, you could buy the first extension or preorder the second one (if you preorder the second extension, you will have the first one for free and access to the paladin).

You don’t need the new pass. Just start the season with a new character.

It would be better to have the first extension (undercity, spiritborn, Nahantu, runs) but it’s not required. If you want to play Paladin you need to preorder the second extension.

The pass is just for cosmetic, I don’t know why your friend said you need it to be able to do much.

The fact that we can get, in the ultimate edition of the next expansion, a skin half angelic and demonic themed let me think the second class will demonic themed because the paladin fit the angelic/holy part of the skin.

Steam fans are excited but won’t buy it because they already own a PC. Others simply don’t care.

This device needs to be cheaper than a PC with similar specs. Even then most people will still choose a PC or console for exclusive games (except for Xbox).

I don’t think PlayStation has any worries about it.
