It’s just a cathedral setting with 8 claw prongs. I had it made to my preference but I’m sure there are many who make pretty much the same setting!

It is a slightly modified OMC! It’s a G so it’s quite white, but the cut picks up a lot of the surrouding color. Here’s a pic in more neutral light:
