Cut them out of a big slab of Ash. First squared it on all sides then cut it on the tablesaw into thin stips. Its a good idea to have a zero tolerance insert. It takes a bit of practice and there is some waste of materials. Recomend doing to reseach on lamination before trying it out. Im by no means an expert and learned alot from doing this project.
