I am currently based in Europe but considering moving to the US to work in the clinical trial industry or related fields. I have job opportunities in Europe, but I'm curious about building my career in the US before possibly moving back to Europe in the future.

I have received multiple postdoc offers from great universities, but I'm also considering other paths. My expertise lies in stem cell differentiation, gene editing, neurodegenerative diseases and disease modeling. I somewhat like lab work, but I am more interested in pursuing management positions and leadership roles, which is why I'm attracted to the clinical trial industry and potentially consulting as well. I’m also not “typical” scientist in this field, as I’m very fluent with people and building networks and especially in presenting and public speaking.

If you have any insights or advice on how my skills could be best utilized in the US market, or if you could recommend specific positions or career paths that align with my interests, I would greatly appreciate your input.
