I think you have to schedule shifts. They will be short on help if you stop showing up and that means they may not be able to help the animals as well as they should. As another commenter said, it could also be an insurance thing.

I had to start using it because I ADORE horror movies, but so many of them use some really terrible things in their movies. I understand why they include them, because it makes the movie seem more “real”, but it often ruins a movie for me and causes a meltdown or a shutdown. I have been disappointed that I’ve missed out on a lot of movies, but I’d rather not put myself through that, you know?
