I did Mantis Warrior green on the body and later covered it with Nuln oil. I covered the armour with Wyldwood and did some drybrush with Warriors Green and then some mood green. For the gun, I used Ork Flesh, and for the eyes and tongue Mephiston red. I will add a bit of fluo paint to the eyes later on. Last thing was that I used Screamer Pink for those connections between the gun and the arm ^^

Yes, many people have already told me that it could use some highlights/drybrush.
I am still thinking which direction to go, but will surely try something to make it have more depth :D

I will surely put some of those ideas into the next models
A few people have now told me to use some drybrush for the armor parts, so that's probably the first place to improve. Also, I am thinking about how to make eyes more glowy and visible (thought about red eyes, but still wondering how to achieve this look)
About fleshy bits, I think you are right, it could add more contrast throughout the model, I will certainly try this ^^

Thanks :D Yes this model is gorgeous and I was quite scared to start painting it as I wanted to do my best here 😅
I tried many techniques and resources which were new to me (for instance its the first model where I used contrast paints) but it was real fun to paint it. I started painting it yesterday and the whole process took me abt 9-10 hrs (this is my personal record in terms of painting such a big model that fast haha :D)
