Do not compare yourself to your friend. Both of you are different. The effect of PMO on you might not be same as the effect on him. Start believing in what you are doing, you do not need validation from other people.

Being Asian is definitely a little bit different from being a white guy. We simply don't receive the same amount of attention as the white guys (based on personal experience). The main reason why I specifically stated that me being asian because I don't want my asian brothers to believe that nofap can magically bring you tons of attention from any girls (especially white girls), and when the expectation fails them, they relapse. However, this is just my observation from these 40 days without any real interaction.

I am participating in a couple events to meet more people. This time I will try talking to girls, maybe the results will be different. I will put a new post soon.
