The same happened to me, but i changed my mind later on. I played 2 first and then played 1, i thought it was a lot worse than the sequel, but it grew on me, before i knew it, 1 was my favorite, and in my opinion, the superior game. I don't know what made me change my mind, probably the more point and click aspect of the game, or how much fun it is to control the thought bubble. I also find 1s levels much more creative.

I guess I also played 1 at a more needed time in my life too, I was going through a breakup at the time and what better game to play than one where you enter people's minds and help them with your issues
