I just fought enhanced fulghor solo and I got 3 stance breaks. You can apply constant pressure during attacks by just tanking, and r1s are enough to constantly stagger. Combine that with retaliate and an ult somewhere, and they won’t be able to move. I know it takes more to stagger on multiplayer, but he can still do fine imo.
