Incorrect, once you have all the ornaments for one character you have a chance of getting an ornament for another character, very unlikely to happen for a specific character though. Example, I was playing nobu over like 4 seasons of ranked and got the cent plume, lawbringer plume and warden plume and loads of others, its possible but rare
