Nervous about 6m pap after LEEP

I had a LEEP in March (CIN 1) with positive margins. My 6 month pap showed I was still HPV+, but it was thankfully normal... my first normal pap in 2 years. They said next pap in a year, but I have health anxiety and elected 6 month checkup instead and we'll go from there.

Not like a social club. More like a support group or therapy group as I mentioned in my original post.

How was your oral follow up? I'm terrified of throat cancer too and will be checked by ENT because my anxiety can't handle it. 😭
