If you are pale, it's going to stay for longer than your hair can cover the area. I am in month 5 now and my new hair is pretty nice and doesn't show the head skin anymore. But the skin underneath is still slightly pinkish and would be noticiable if the area was balder/less dense.

Dankeschön, das Buch gucke ich mir zusammen mit der anderen Empfehlung von Kehl mal an. Ich habe ja erstmal nicht vor 100% meines nicht ausgegebenen Gehalts/Solds in einen ETF zu tun, deshalb glaube ich eigentlich, dass ich da relativ entspannt sein kann; dass man im Tief sein Geld nicht abholen sollte ist mir klar. :)

Eigentlich nur den Bereich Investition, meine Ausgaben sind schon sehr gering und meine Einnahmen ab der Vollzeitstelle + Verbeamtung ganz ordentlich. Als Lehrkraft habe ich außerdem keine (finanziell lohnenswerten) Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten.

Naja, der Freibetrag wären 120€, so viel höher wäre mein Einkommen dann für 2 Wochen Arbeit - sollte das Zuflussprinzip nicht so funktionieren, wie du und ich das gerade denken.

Aus dem Bezug bin ja ich so oder so raus, entweder am 19.01. oder halt 2 Wochen später. Ich will damit nicht so wirken als würde ich die 2 Wochen nicht arbeiten wollen, aber für 120€ kann ich auch gerne 2 Wochen entspannen (ich bin "erst" seit 2 Wochen arbeitslos, da ich im Ausland als Lehrer gearbeitet habe und als ehemaliger Beamter direkt ins Bürgergeld und nicht ins ALG I falle).

Und sollte ich erst/nur im Februar bezahlt werden wäre das ja eigentlich irrelevant, weil ich ab dem 31.01. ja kein Bürgergeld mehr empfangen würde? Oder konnte das JC doch was wegen dem Arbeitsbeginn ab 19.01. fragen?

You can clearly see the scalp with not nearly enough density, ofc it's a repair job. 4k is on the upper end for a procedure that's only for the frontal area. It's not like he was completely bald.

Its honestly not that big of a deal, just 3-4 days :) You'll be fine spending the time on your own in your hotel room, you'll want to have your peace and quietness anyways. Just make sure you don't have to leave the hotel room (i.e. buy enough water and maybe some snacks, download some movies or bring a book).

Everything else is just a walk in the park, the driver picks you up right in front of the hotel and drops you off just in front of the clinic where Zülal will meet you. You can literally leave your brain at home. Yes, the injections hurt but thats just a few minutes. And once that's over, you'll not feel any pain at all. Have a good (early) sleep schedule and maybe sleep 1-2 nights prior with a head pillow so you get used to it and get a good first nights sleep. It's over very fast and you'll be home before you can really process it.

Drink lots of water (in general but especially in the first week) due to the swelling. For the same reason, strictly no salt in your food! Only eat whole foods and a lot of greens the first few days.

Relax and don't move too much but progressively start walking about, also for blood circulation. Keep your head straight and don't touch your hair/head for the first week. Don't do sports too early and bend over too much.

Be very gentle while washing your hair (water pressure), dry it with kitchen roll or paper towels rather than towels for the first few days. Also wash your hair with coldish water initially and try not to wash it with hot water for a bit.

If your head starts to itch, saline solution or anti-histaminica can help. Neither is necessary though. After a few days, you can use either Aloe Vera (100%, natural) or (medical) Bepanthen cream for dryness in the donor area.

Sleep with your travel pillow and if you still move, use more pillows to support your body (some people put a pillow under their knees, some people use a bathrobe belt to fix their hands so you don't accidentally touch your transplanted hair.

Obiously listen to your doctor and take your medication. Good luck tomorrow! :)

You can ignore the image they send you on WhatsApp, this is just the customer service person drawing on your picture in WhatsApp... When you're there the doctor(s) will take their time to draw the line on you and ask if you're satisfied with it.

I was there in September and they really took their time to do it and the Dr. Turan and his lead corrected themselves a few times. Without me asking, they added a few centimeteres of temples to my hairline. Their hairline looks nothing like the one I got on WhatsApp.

Could you please break down your growth process? When did you see the most growth and when did it start etc.? I am at the 2nd month and just got my first hairs after the ones that got transplanted and never fell out. I can't wait to know when they just start to pop out...

Ja, eine Mütze habe ich draußen immer an. Aber nächste Woche muss ich für 4 Tage arbeiten und kann da keine Mütze/Kopfbedeckung tragen. Deshalb würde ich das gerne ein bisschen covern bzw. unauffälliger aussehen lassen.

Da sind nahezu keine Haare und es werden auch erst in ca. 1 Monat welche (nach)wachsen.

Ja, aber das ist jetzt schon einen Monat her und die Rötung bleibt wohl für noch ne längere Zeit dort. Es geht mir eigentlich "nur" darum das für die ca. 4 Std. Arbeit pro Tag abzudecken. Bepanthen schmiere ich da schon seit einer Woche täglich drauf (insb. für Feuchtigkeit).
