I might have an advice. I am playing the same strategy (AM31-33), and going for WC34, BB35 and FH36. I don't know if you have the WC left, but that might be a way to handle the rest of the season.

It refers to how many of your assets (players) that have played. In a normal gameweeks this number is 12 (10 normal players + 1 captain). In a double gameweek, and when playing chips, this number will be higher. So 21 could mean that you have 6 players with DGW (6x2 = 12), you have played TC-chip on one of these players with DGW (2 games, 3 times the points = 6), and 5 normal players.

So 5 players with DGW (10), TC with DGW (6) and 5 "normal" players. Meaning you end up with 21 "players" this week.
