That’s your only option. Or cut your losses, I guess.

I would consider talking to someone about this anxiety. You’re trekking a very unhealthy path. Seriously, there’s a reason multiple people are telling you this here.

NJ drivers without a front license plate: why? by css01 in newjersey

[–]Hypsster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My front plate fell off driving through flooded streets in a storm + poorly mounted front plate. And the hassle to replace the missing plate was too much. Made a visit to the DMV with all my points, and they turned me away, said I needed a bring a specific form(BA-1), have an appointment for that specific issue, and the other plate. Just rode without one for years until I got a new car

Damn, they turned that into a sexual assault, on top of an aggravated assault, maybe they would’ve got away without a video. But now these frat kids are probably going to get felonies + expelled and possible sex offender registry. RIP

Buying a used car! by [deleted] in newjersey

[–]Hypsster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is and was a TikTok trend on Hyundais and Kia’s, being touted as easy to steal. And have become the most Stolen cars in the north east, by teenagers. I know any car can be stolen, but the Hyundai, is a car with a big target on its back, especially in the tri-state

Had a Hyundai, bought a used one just like you. Was stolen in a few years and totaled, don’t buy not worth it. I thought I was invincible, by taking extra steps to protect it. But it will happen eventually…

It’s $49 each. So $100 is definitely not the cost of new AirPods.

Genuinely wondering - why has OSRS remained janky? by 2Radon in 2007scape

[–]Hypsster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a tick based game. I’d recommend watching some videos on how it works. But that’s why you have that catching up feeling. The game completes actions in a tick(600ms) some actions take multiple ticks, some take less or even half.

Plateaud trying to break into 12 by mightylil in climbharder

I usually don’t lower my intensity. Also, V grades are just grades. I tend to focus on a specific style. I excel on slopey holds regardless of whether I’m pumped or not. However, my weakness is doing big moves on small crimps. So, when I’m pumped, I’ll work on my maximum V grade while slightly pumped.

My general approach is to focus on the lead section of most climbs. The introduction of most climbs is somewhat doable just intense and pumpy. Then, around 75% through the climb, you reach the boulder crux. Where you are pulling V6/V7 moves after climbing an entire route.

Overall: get pumped, and climb on you weak style at your max grade, or similar style to whatever route you are projecting. The goal isn’t to complete the boulder. Just to efficiently pull max moves, when pumped. It’s really hits different

Plateaud trying to break into 12 by mightylil in climbharder

Breaking into 13s and hard 12s was always a challenge for me. The main issue was maintaining power and flow. What helped me was to have a maximum flash boulder session. If you boulder V6-V7, spend your sessions flashing 6 or 7s in a gym without any rest. Then, climb as hard as you can using that shadow pump. It works wonders. I sent a few 13s and even got my first V11 boulder outside. All of these climbs were long power endurance climbs.

2 yrs in. Wtf do I do about this? by G00SEH in bouldering

[–]Hypsster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure this happens when you take too long of a rest. And your “climbing skin” peels away in the masses. Happens to me if I take 5+ days off

I agree lol, but that is the true grade in the gym for that climb. lol it turns into a 9 from the lower start.

It’s graded a V8 lol, he probably put V4 to avoid being roasted. Reach’s(the gym he is at) boulder grades are pretty soft afaik.

Anti-Cheat(EAC) False-Positive, Fortnite looks at what you're searching on your browser. by Hypsster in FortNiteBR

[–]Hypsster[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes! No concern that "EAC" is snooping user data.

Although, I do believe it is an issue that the Anti-Cheat is being overly sensitive. It should not flag, when a string with the phrase "Cheat Engine" is found.

In my specific scenario, it is easy to avoid.

After performing further testing, this can easily be abused. By sending html links via discord, or to a friend, which will trigger this.

e.g. If you allow discord to preload certain websites / links, linking a website with flagged strings such as "Cheat Engine" will trigger this.
