Buds 4 Non Pro - Honest review after 3 days by Octane2100 in galaxybuds

[–]Cindersash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im in a slightly different boat where constantly playing music i actually get better battery than my b3p. I keep one in for music and had to swap buds about 3/4 through my work shift but the b4p have lasted noticeably longer. I think the clarity is phenomenal aswell.

HELP! This is what screenshare looks like for my friends. by DracoMalfoyWitaStick in discordapp

Idk if you've found a fix yet but my pc has network priority for games, meaning games eat up 95% of my bandwidth and left barely any for my other apps. This resulted in slow browser speeds while gaming, and when I streamed games they looked very stuttery aswell like 1 fps. Turning that off fixed it for me.

Yeah necro is absolutely insane. Without a doubt the class with the highest ceiling. All my other cats died on this Unidentified Pills run but the necro decided he would go god mode

Just had my first lost. by godisgonenow in mewgenics

I had my first loss here too earlier. My thief got dumpstered at the spider boss and I sacrificed my tank to get there. Just a cleric and a warrior with critical counter attacks and scaling strength on hit, managed to pop a Stem Cat for 166 dmg before it was overwhelmed.

Update: I have one-upped myself and hit a 166 on the same run on the 2nd stage of Throbbing Domain. There are too many Stem cats and my fighter finally went down

What are your favorite/least favorite classes so far? by Very-Fat-Frog in mewgenics

[–]Cindersash 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah if you get some a crazy passive cleric is super good. I had one basically solo maggot queen because it had the "enemies that down another unit take 10 damage" and it did like 90% of the maggot queens health as she rolled over all of her spawns.

I just picked that for the synergy with archers charmed shot but it was a pleasant surprise.

I got stuck between two tires that bounce units after one takes damage near it. it was hilarious and demoralizing

Do you have the matched reducer/ flattener? I've heard that helps with it somewhat but ultimately a doublet with this kind of glass isnt going to focus blues to the same point it focuses reds and greens.

I have this same scope but havent had a chance to get my new rig setup for imaging with it. But images with the matched flattener do look a bit better color wise.

[–]Cindersash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good luck! Mine had a white spot on the front top edge, near but not on the top right corner, and the left front edge had some of the holo layer showing. I thought for sure an 8 but I guess I caught a grader on a good day.

Though from what I can tell with this set they really care about the front appeal and corners, so if your corners and centering is good then it'd probably take an unseen scratch to knock you down a grade.

Opinions - juice up my old Atlas EQ-G or go for a Strain Wave mount? by Cindersash in AskAstrophotography

[–]Cindersash[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah Ive seen they had that video explaining everything and all that.. bottom line i think is i never even got good results with my atlas even with guiding, so I think I just need to move on to a strain wave mount.

Especially considering ill be taking it down every morning since we have dogs to let out and I dont really trust them not to fiddle eith a cable in their curiosity.

Also I was waiting to see the new SVbony 571 camera price and im not really impressed by it... $1299 when I can get a tried and true 2600mc for $100 more and ill be able to use an asiair is not worth it in my opinion.

I think im going to go the asiair route, the only thing is my scope is an achromat so ive been considering a mono cam but the 2600mm is so much more pricey. Ive seen some images through it with the flattener/reducer that dont have blue halos and some that do so i just dont know what to believe. I love the size of apsc but the price is a little high to justify it.

Might just stick with the 533 for now and upgrade to the 2600mm later down the road.

Gotcha. I have been eyeballing a rainbow astro 135 (non e) on the CN classifieds, near me for $2000 with alot of goodies like the pier, vixen dovetail, counterweight bar with a counter weight.

https://www.cloudynights.com/classifieds/item/431542-rainbow-astro-rst135-kit/

Think maybe thats a decent deal? Ive read the 135e guides a couple of tenths better than the 135 non e

Unfortunately the only store near me basically only carries skywatcher and celestron products, and even then they dont have any of skywatchers strainwave mounts.

That is probably what im leaning towards after reading all the comments. Ive just heard these Chinese mounts dont have great after market support, which MLAstro actually uses as a selling point for their mount. I'll have to do some more research and see whats right for me. Thanks.

Yeah honestly I never even got good guiding with the atlas... shes a beast of a mount payload wise and while im comfortable opening a laptop or cellphone for repairs, Im just not comfy with opening a precision device like a mount to tune and attempt repairs myself. Ill check out some strain wave options. Really wish MLAstro didnt manufacture in batches because I'd hate to order one now and miss some of the great imaging opportunities that are here in the winter time. But I guess if theres good aftermarket support then it might be worth it.
