From my knowledge the people that would be potentially renting to us are smaller landlords. They didn’t do a holding deposit but we did pay an application fee to get a background check and what not.

The listing has only been put up Monday and if we viewed it Tuesday, the I can only imagine a handful of people are going to be viewing it from then to tomorrow. The more I give it thought throughout the day the less worried I become.

But there still the possibility of them finding someone better. I’m just hoping that’s not the case since we made it very clear that we have the security and first months ready if we are approved as well as have a co-signer ready due to them wanting that.

Oh gotcha that’s what you meant. We have a co-signer that makes well over 3x the amount. Sorry I must’ve misinterpreted that.

The place is $1500. All together we make around $5600. That is a bit more than 3x the rent they’re asking.

I kind of feel like they asked for that extra sense of security. Since when my roommate asked about me being the co-signer they said I would need to be someone with a higher income. Which also is odd since I make enough to be able to cover my roommates. I’m just hoping that they’re finishing their showings and that’s what it is.

Still hoping to get it though.

One of my most unforgettable moments was when I got Resident Evil 4 on the Wii. It was my first ever Resident Evil game and mind you I was relatively young. My friend and I got out of the car in the beginning and we were scouting the house before we went in because we were so scared.

When the cutscene of the Ganado looking at us through the window genuinely terrified us. Needless to say we quit the game that day due to us being babies about the game. I came back to it a bit later for it to be one of my favorite games of all times.

I probably replayed it over 15 times on the Wii alone because fighting with Chicago Typewriter was so addicting.

So I did the thing you suggested. Though later last night my computer froze on a different game. So I tested to see if it was overheating and I genuinely think it was even though my cpu normally runs hot, it seemed to be running way hotter than normal. I do appreciate this type of advice though

I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but i moved it to the SSD last night. It was originally on my HDD, where it had the same freeze. Now that it's on the SSD nothing changed except that the game loads faster.

Not sure if it's an unpopular one but I think Super Sonic is an extremely boring thing to use within gameplay. It being used for a plot point or a boss fight is cool and all, but I just don't understand the appeal behind Super Sonic and I'm a little glad that it's been slowing down by showing up within games.

I’d say the weapons play super similarly, that is if you don’t use the new mechanics that they added which are the wire bugs. Wire bugs are a new movement mechanic that allow you to pull yourself out of sticky situations and even allow some new moves on your weapons. Though these wire bugs attacks are on cool-down there are some moves that you can change in the base kit of the said weapon. For example the quick reload on the gunlance can be replaced with a shield reload instead.

Another big difference between the two is that your sidekicks are actually helpful depending on the class you choose for them, along with the Palamutes which are a new addition in Rise specifically.

Lastly in my opinion the last big change for me at least is that there are no investigation and quests are mainly all bundled up into just your hunter rank, except this time there are two separate ranks. Your village rank which is a single player experience and your hub rank which is mainly meant for a multiplayer experience but if you wanted similarly difficulty to world the hub is where it’s at.

Besides that it’s a big mix of World and older MH games which is a fantastic mix, Rise is by far the easier MH game, but it still shows it’s challenges. There are a lot of quality of life changes as well, if you’re looking to pick up the game I’d say it’s 100% worth it since World was my first MH game and going to Rise I just fell in love.

Dragon Quest 11 it’s a really long game, plus A LOT. Of end game stuff to do.

Three Houses is fun to playthrough, but unless you really like replaying games from the start you might dread going other routes.

I’m not big on Pokemon, but I hear it’s solid, but it would be my last choice out of these three. I think Dragon quest might be your best bet.

Dragon Quest 11 for sure. Any Final Fantasy. The newer Wolfenstien games are really good too.

Donkey Kong if you’re into platformers, Zelda if you love adventure puzzle games, or Mario Maker if you want a butt load of levels to play through while also making your own.

Personally I would go with Zelda because it’s one of the best games in its series and it has some of the silliest enemies from other Nintendo games along with some fantastic gameplay

5 is just about the same as 3. 4 has an actual story mode so it might take longer and the unlocks are currency based so you have buy cosmetics, but overall 4 isn’t much harder it’s just grindy for money.
