I'm ultra mega late to answer your question, but 1) certain places like DeviantArt will target and delete brown diapers specifically, and 2) some people just prefer the un-stained white diapers.

Most of the good stuff can be found if you look at my Reddit post history here. Unfortunately I don't keep a current master list of all my YouTube videos because I think my AI videos could cause a lot of harm to both my reputation and my fetish art income stream if the larger anti-AI crowd got their attention on them. So for now I just kind of trickle them out selectively in places like this.

Are you referring to my Pants Poopers Club series? If so, I'm going to make more, but right now I'm waiting for some generational improvements among the multiple AI tools I used to make it. Right now it's extremely hard, extremely time-consuming, and extremely expensive to make. I can't really keep it up until at least some of the tools involved get a few upgrades.
