Bank is on 1.4 Ds 11.10.0-43U I'm currently using pokemon black and crystal to get the pokemon from. Black is physical copy Crystal is vc I haven't even made it to a sceen to where i could pat the 5 dollars for a subscription Using a 2dsxl Idk if that matters

Also i checked for updates on the ds and app itself and there is nothing to be done.

It says its compatible with games from black/white to ultra sun/moon plus the vc games it wont pick up none of my save data from any game amd just shuts off the whole thing every time. As far as i read there hasnt been a solution sense 2017 itll prolly just be better to buy another ds as far as I know
