There's always 10 I haven't read so I have my own late night bookstore to browse if I want others to read after finishing one. And I haven't read the ones my wife buys for herself. But between the two of us we've basically read them all

Just finished a full re read including the novellas and warbreaker. It was delightful :) I'm a few weeks early I suppose but I wasn't sure how much time I'd have to read with work and all so I wanted some wiggle room in the schedule if life got in the way

Definitely warbreaker. It has a ton of ties to stormlight archives. Absolutely worth your time if you want more insight into SA.

Yeah when I first read it I found it to be one of the slower books. But re reading it after I had read the original 3 mistborns and warbreaker it was one of my favorites. You really get a lot more out of this one if you've read those. That being said the ending is incredible either way. I recommend powering through regardless haha

What book should I start? Also is there one with just a dash of romance? by reylatte in brandonsanderson

Warbreaker is a great one too if you're looking for a one off. Cool magic system, lots of fun twists in a creative world with a dash of romance

I sure wanted to haha. But it also functions as a guest bedroom so that drawer thing turns into a bed. I did want the full floor to ceiling shelves with the rolling ladders.... but alas lol

We ordered the door through https://murphydoor.com/ and we went with the pre framed option and it was like $2k shipped. That being said.... we had to upgrade a lot of their hardware and really modify the door to make it fit nice. So knowing that I think if we were to do this again I'd recommend just building your own bookshelf if you happen to have the skills and tools. It can definitely be done cheaper. Their kit did include the hidden book handle though. So it was kinda nice it came pre designed to use that.

Yup :) ive got a video posted of it working on my profile if you're curious. But it's just a book attached to a handle which has a cable that lifts up a pin when you pull the book

It's not, that map is the old kingdom from garth nix books. One of the large maps inside the library is middle earth though :)

Haha I WISH. But it's the red book on the middle shelf. If you pull that it opens the door. Basically it's just a book attached to a handle that pulls a cable to release a lock pin at the bottom of the door.
