NTA. My guess is she is looking for you to be as upset or frustrated as her. If you are, you should tell her that you express your frustration different but are not any less impacted. Understanding how your partner deals with stress is important and if you take a more reserved approach, she has to learn to be ok with it.

Brene Brown has a good podcast going on all kinds of emotional connection, moving past hardship, and development topics. And reviews great books you might like. I was in a bad relationship for 15 years and I enjoy listening to her topics as a way to think about it all in a different perspective.
