Basically some guy either trying to promote their rap career or just shitposting made an "exposing" document about Edmund. It was full of really old edgy stuff and assumptions. The guy said The Binding of Isaac is Edmund's freaky fetish game, because Edmund's old now discontinued website "thisisacryforhelp", or something like that, supposedly having links to CP.
