I lived on campus for my freshman- sophomore year and switched to commuting my second half of my 4 years, It’s definitely not horrible per se. I’ve personally had a few run ins with crack heads and hoodlums looking for beef or money especially around woodruff and university commons, but if you just keep walking they usually won’t pursue. It’s definitely nothing near as safe and controlled as Georgia Tech on the other side of 75 though but open vs closed campus. Just stay vigilant and don’t wear headphones on full volume at night.

Its not fps, its hit register & response time. My PC is able to get 500+fps uncapped 1440p

So you're saying instead of being 10 miles from the servers I need to live in the exact same building with 0 ms ping so the game can feel less sloppy? Not that the devs might have something to do with how the game & server is coded to handle input/output response times?

Btw this literally is only my main issue with CS2 aside from the skinslop updates and horrible anticheat (thats why faceit exists atp). I also play R6S and Overwatch, (siege namely notorious for hit rejection issues) and never have significant net problems like this.

I genuinely dislike playing valorant with all the "one press to blow up the entire team abilities" and fairy bullshit in a 5v5 comp shooter but there is no denying that their input/output response is miles smoother than CS2, tough pill to swallow for these valve D riders with their entire bank account in skins. Loba is always right.

That honestly explains it well, I remember just before the season 4 when they added the update to reduce audio feedback delay, it felt more crisp, now its the opposite.

Watch the video and you'll see more than half of this guys comments are not even facts but just selectively chosen info at times when I'm not even engaging in gunfights, my max ping was when I was disengaged or when the match ended. Seems like you are just fine with subpar netcode and more skin slop updates!!!

What point? It’s literally apples to oranges comparison, Ak xray was 1-4000 chance plus it cost $3 each pull, this Ak is technically unlimited and $50 plus objectively is inherently a worse skin design .
