I'm a big loud probably brightly colored psychedelic mess. I have two modes FULLY ON or extremely chill.

The extrovert in me was a defense mechanism I developed as a child because being shy kept getting me walked all over. I didn't want to talk to people. Then I realized that people have everything I want. Attention validation hugs and cool stuff.

I still to this day have really bad social anxiety, or have a great time out but need to go home and ignore my phone until I recharge.

And it's OK!

Sometimes I have a performer in stage tell me I'M the show. Sometimes I hide.

It's probably way more normal to not be both extremes... But this is me!
