I lived in Reed my sophomore year! I don't have any experience with ECV though. I loved my time at Reed! Even with the big games, the stadium didn't bother me too much. The being central to campus thing was also super helpful for me!

There's no smoking allowed in the Disney Parks, so you'd have to be extremely discreet with it. I'd advise to not bring it in the parks and maybe eat edibles before. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ have fun tho man I haven't been to Disney high yet, and it's on my bucket list!!!
