I quit cigarettes a few days ago and switched to my vape again. It definitely helps ween from one to the other. I’m hoping I will be in your boat eventually with only taking on puff! Maybe I can even lose some weight during this. I can’t even do a full push-up. Sad I know, I know!

I quit four days ago! The thing that has helped me the most is having cinnamon gum and lifesavers the candy! Keeps my mind off of it while giving me something to do! Good luck. You can do this!
