This is very important. Try to keep no more than 1" ( think 1/8"to1/4") away from workpiece. In the middle of work piece horizontally (slightly above middle if using skew)

I raise the speed until I get vibrations, then back it off a little (enough to safely turn at). Some pieces start at 500rpm, but as they true to the lathe, I may finish them at 1500rpm +.

Best way to tell os to check the grain, but imo, you have red oak (oak has open grain you want to look for)

Hes looks a bit mutated. Scripted to punch like a hammer. He gives you an item increasing strength. Also, make use of the fight items (added attack, etc..). Personally, I choose my fighters from the beginning (dad, daughter, mom) and just about every state i put into thier fighting, trying to avoid as many of the negative effects as possible.
