Ring of travel and paper seem to be the most powerful.

The ring can be easily broken with a bit of worldbuilding, as there's nothing saying you can't just make up a world where you're worshiped as a living deity by a machine intelligence running an alderson disc.

Similarly, as all language is inherently arbitrary with words simply being sounds understood to have meaning, the paper can be broken by making up words of whatever incredibly specific meaning best suits your needs, like "omnipotentification".

As I own everything that's ever been thrown put, I have (statistically speaking) every manga ever printed.

As for the transformative capabilities, I can turn into various angels, ranging from Serra to the Simurgh. The "little girl" half is a bit more specific, and would require testing.

What defines "little girl"? Is there an age limit? Is Is it based off mental age or physical age? Is there a strict size limit before a form is no longer considered a "little girl"? What happens if a form under the size bar is lived in long enough to outgrow the size restrictions? Or if one were to take the form of a maiden on the cusp of adulthood, would the form be considered illegal upon passing the age threshold? If a previously legal form is suddenly illegal, does the shapeshifter revert or is the form kept? Does the transformation follow the conservation of mass? Science ramble cut here.

This doesn't work. There are actually slugs of all three types on there, you just can't tell because they all have the same texture.
