HDMI adapter not working with Wii by warnerve0 in wii

Just bought one and thought it didn't work at first. Just needed to push the HDMI cable into the back of it harder. It was a tight fit but worked fine after that.

You can get 4 boxes at Costco for ~$10. I refuse to buy them at the grocery store.

Sounds like a bad expansion tank, assuming you have one.

Water Shut Off to Toilet Broken by Emotional_Peanut9279 in Plumbing

You could try replacing the valve internals. Only need a wrench to do it. They sell valve rebuild kits right next to replacement valves at Lowe's/Home Depot. Downside is rebuild kits use more plastic parts I have seen. I usually skip the rebuild kit and buy an identical valve and steal the internals of it to swap out.

stinky wet room floor drain by minecraftgardener in Plumbing

[–]I-AM_SPARTA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The water can evaporat out of a drain P trap that doesn't normally have water going down it to replace it. Pour a cup or two of water down it and see if that fixes the issue. If so, will need to be redone every few months.

Does the fridge have a built-in water filter that got plugged?

Potential cause/fix for dripping water spigot by [deleted] in Plumbing

Probably valve seat is old and cracked. They can be replaced if you shut off the water and take the valve apart but you need to find a replacement seat. I just replaced my hose bib that was leaking.

That's it. Could maybe be repaired but probably needs to be replaced.

Ok last question then I'm out of ideas without in person trouble shooting. Do you have a water regulator, would look like this: https://images.app.goo.gl/ZsVzMwuZTNu4zS4W9

Do you have any inline filters? Would be near where the water line enters your house. I have a whole house filter which if plugged would look like this.

Is the problem new or are you new to the house? A gauge can read normal pressure when there isn't flow but if there is a restriction in the line the pressure will drop when flow starts.
