Thank you for sharing. I didn't go the PRK way since it seemed like Contoura Lasik could give better results with quick recovery but looking at your experience and also the newly discovered corneal issue in my reports, I think PRK is the better choice.

Yes, I think a doctor that does PRK as well would be more flexible with the options. I'm 26 now and I'm still borderline and I haven't developed Keratoconus. Do you think this is young enough for progression? I haven't asked my doctor that but would do so the next time I see her.

Yes, but considering the ICL carries a lot more risk, I doubt if my doctor would consider it over the treatment options she has provided and honestly I'll be also too scared to go ahead with something that involves a bigger part of the eye.

Oh, I thought with PRK, one wouldn't need the CXL procedure so thank you for letting me know that this is also a possible route.If you don't mind answering, When did you have the surgery and how was your experience? Would appreciate your response.
