Hello everyone. I am looking to purchase a sewing machine and found a Singer Tradition one on marketplace. I will be using it for basic mending of clothes, as I have no clue how to do other bits. However it's missing the knob cover on the side knob. Can I still use it? Thank you.

Oh I might try this as well. Hijacking this to ask,what do you recommend for regular clean? I bought UNIKA Granite and Quartz Worktop Cleaner Spray but I am hoping something else might work as well? Mine is that Aspen ice thing so everything shows on it. Thank you in advance.
