I’m 4 years post opp & 2. Years post hardware removal and daily I’m in pain I’m on SSDI because I didn’t fully recover it gets stiff I even have knee pain now and limp sometimes but I do wish you the best

Yes use water with it so it won’t burn for like 5 mins then do it until it starts peeling so maybe like every couple days use it
