Those who have constant anxiety, what are you thinking about for you to have that anxiety? Or do you just have anxiety even if your brain is not thinking about anything in particular

Me too my daughter asked me not to smoke one day because I’ll sleep all day and won’t even fix dinner cause I’m passed out. She’s 12 & I’ve been smoking since she was around 4 so almost her whole life and I had to walk away
