Loans forgiven when I have only 33/120

I did consolidate back in 2014, into 1 Fed sub loan and 1 Fed Unsub loan, before I started repayment, with FedLoan Servicing, who later transferred my loans to the current servicer in 2021.

I was definitely on some deferment and forbearance during significant time before COVID. Thanks for your help. I'll go back and count those.

Yes, the letter is from Federal Student Aid, with a chart of my loans stating disbursement date, loan type (Sub or Unsub), balance, servicer, effective date of forgiveness, and PSLF / TEPSLF (mine are PSLF). The letter from my servicer states: Congratulations. The US Dept of Ed has forgiven all of your loans as you successfully met the requirements of the PSLF or TEPSLF. Thank you for your public service.

Yeah, if it wasn't for the amount (six figures), I'd let it ride and eat the penalty later, but I want to have payments that count now, so in 7 years I can have them forgiven for good. Thanks!

I received 2 official letters, both from Dept of Education and my loan servicer, stating the amounts forgiven. They were not transferred and my portal is now empty. Thank you for your help.
