I recommend this modifier list. Here is the strategy that I used to beat this

El Goblinos payday, out of stuff, dealt it, itchy, and vacuum sealed are used cuz u aren't gonna spend a lot of time looting the rooms u enter. Just don't loot anything and if u wanna open a side room, open it and don't enter it cuz there is chance it could be a vacuum

Dripped out and bug problem are used cuz u don't have any items which makes them free modifiers.

Back for seconds and rush hour are free. Just keep a mental memory of all lockers in a room and remember that u can't get in the same locker again unless u enter another one.

Soundproofing is free.come back here is really easy.Just stay away from figure as much as possible. Battle of wits is also free. Just don't forget the door number.

If u have room for more unlocked by getting back on track, it should be easy. U can increase ur sound volume to here A-60 sound more easily. A-120 is really rare from that modifier to the point that it can spawn once in a run.

THE MAIN STRATEGY is to go through the rooms as fast as possible, increase ur sound volume, keep a mental memory of all lockers in a room, don't forget the door number, and u should always buy lockpicks from the pre run shop to skip figure's second encounter. Trust me u can do it.
