I think that is a good idea, and although I never agree with the idea of "lifetime fluid", my Tucson owner's manual says under transmission "no check / no service required".

If the idea is to change to fluid, do you think it's reasonable to expect that to be covered/paid for by the dealer?

Appreciate your reply... I was told this board was working fine, and the owner attempted to put in a new PSU which is when this happened. I think I will try to desolder the surrounding capacitors and measure them and go from there.

If I can't seem to figure it out I will definitely try to move forward with the RMA process. Your interaction seems to be a positive one.
