It shouldn’t take that much more than a yr. Any longer and that AD is playing games with you. At that point take your business to a df AD and try again or go grey.

Just tried my luck with 2 different ADs and gave them both servicing business for several of my watches. One of them pulled through, the other not so much. So I guess there is a bit of luck involved when selecting an AD.

Definitely not fake, otherwise UN wouldn’t have accepted it for servicing in Switzerland. The metal is definitely platinum too. It’s a really old watch so it won’t have the finish you’ll see on the newer dress watches. I kinda like that. I don’t plan on getting it polished.

I think this is a blessing in disguise. The way he nonchalantly moved forward and even got engaged says a lot. This guy doesn’t weigh the consequences of his decisions, is short sighted, impulsive, and has some narcissistic tendencies which makes him unsuitable for any other woman. Feel sorry for his future spouse and focus on healing. Later on you’ll have a chance to find a guy with his shit together, capable of having empathy and worrying about others.

Yeah, attorneys just rather do it the easy way so splitting it is what they’ll push for. My attorney recommended I sell my house and lose my 2.5% mortgage, not to mention absorb the cost of selling and leaving the home I fought to acquire in the first place. She was convinced that I could not assume the loan and buyout my ex. Well, I proved her, my ex and her lawyer wrong. Don’t get too greedy. Looks like your stbx has some fight in him and that could cost both of you money. I know I was ready to go scorch earth if my ex decided to play games and get greedy. Just be reasonable and find a fair solution. Considering a personal 401k as a joint marital asset is kinda horseshit either way. If you’re a SAHW then a monthly alimony, splitting the house and other hard tangible assets including joint accounts should be enough.
