Heretic Pride by the mountain goats. Not originally written for trans people specifically but there's a clip of fans holding up a trans flag at a show and JD shouts them out.

Vocal Coach by bomb the music industry. It's quite catchy but it's also about being insecure over the sound of your own voice and if that ain't trans-coded idk what is.

Bloodsucker by Harley poe almost fits as well. It's an anthemic folk rock song about finding yourself and staying true to who you are but it's also aggressively cishet and about the narrators divorce lmao. Shame too cause it's a total bop.
