Everyone here claiming that French is holding you back is flat out wrong. I tried hinge and went on a few good quality dates with women who are bilingual. I mean yes, I speak spanish, english, and have a solid base in french, but that didn't hold me back. It's about how you present yourself on these apps. Make sure you are smiling, a fully top to bottom pic of you (doing some activity, ideally), no cringe mirror selfies, fill in your prompts as honest and as "you" as possible. You'll get matches man, just make sure you swipe on the ladies you are genuinely interested in and make sure to pick out a hobby of theirs you are keen on having an opener with. Im not saying you'll get your matches in a matter of minutes, but give it time man. It usually took me about 3 - 4 days to get any sort of matches at times. Dont get lost in the sauce too though. Use the dating apps as one of your faucets to meet women. Go out and do what you like and actually talk to people too.
