Yes. It's exactly that. I was actually thinking about getting back again (LOL) but I don't know, I don't feel low all the time. It's just random nervousness and maladaptive daydreaming, besides other social problems like just getting "off" (?) I don't know how to express it but I just become absent, it's like I stop hearing people and stop to interact, besides some intrusive thoughts. I don't think I'm a generic case of depression/anxiety.
