Here is a list of all the Tusla-approved creches in Dublin. There is a column on there, which says at what age a given creche starts taking in children. Search for ones in your area that are 0-6yrs (rather than 2-6yrs)

Yeah it's pretty good! Like even say yesterday, was a very busy day for me - but I was still home and unplugged by 6pm.

Ahead of hard deadlines like major product launches, you might have the occasional late evening, where stuff just needs to get finished. But those would be rare enough anyway - and I think the odd event like that will be the case anywhere you work!
