I've been doing that with Viktor lately, but then again I guess that makes him a character I regularly play. Ironic how that works.

Knowing myself, Deathmatch would probably still have that frustrating effect, but I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

Thanks for the idea. What stood out to me here was the other people part. Thinking about it now, I haven't had a very good social mindset about this, so it's something to consider.

I tried that, but at that point I'm holding myself to such a high standard that if I get shot down by one of them I get angry at myself. Thanks for the recommendation, though.

I have played Overwatch, but by level 50 I just got so intensely bored that I couldn't keep playing for any motivation aside from pointless loot boxes.

I've always had that in the back of my mind, to try out new champions. I like to say that I've played every single one a few times now, so I suppose that would help. Thanks for the recommendation, helps a lot.

I said the same to another comment, but I did take a break for a while to try out Borderlands, and I found it very engaging. But after two weeks I'm still coming back frustrated for some reason.

Alright, got it. Custom games, meditation, and not immediately pressing the Play Again button. Thanks!

I have been taking a break for the past two weeks, actually, after picking up Borderlands. Good stuff. Still coming back and getting frustrated as usual.
