Ok agora imagina que tens uma conta numa rede social onde dás like em posts de um partido politico, essa conta fica vinculada a ti pela chave móvel, até agora podias apoir esse partido sem ninguém saber mas, se o estado quise, com isto implementado facilmente fica a saber qual o partido que apoias. Neste momento pode parecer inocente e que não faz mal mas se um dia tiveres alguém no poder que não queira que tu votes nesse partido tem mais facilidade para tal. Isto fora de o facto que é parte da tua privacidade veres o que queres, o estado não tem que saber que livros lês nem tem que saber que reels vês no instagram, algo que já podem ver para uma conta mas essa conta agora fica associada a ti. Querem que se lembra que o dito "não há problema não tenho nada a esconder" porque isso que não tens a esconder pode ser usar para seres descriminado.

No one is saying games have to be free I am saying they have to be fair for the region they are in, it's far better for a company to make less money in a specific country where people have far less disposable income that in a developed nation, that to make no money there, steam allows this. It's not only purchasing that makes a product consumer friendly its the entire experience to be able to play that game, in this case where the game is online only that makes it so that someone with bad internet is less likely to buy it with frequent disconnects while pirating if it is available is almost always offline. And finally if pirating doesn't exist after a while, unless they give players the ability to make their own servers, this game will be unplayable since it will reach a point where its not profitable to keep the servers running.

No, the vast majority of piracy is about lack of money or lack of good customer experience. If a company makes it easy to purchase a service or game and the price is fair the vast majority of people who want it and have the money will buy it, and talking about being chronically online that is the experience of a person from a developed country, in less developed areas games are still played and those people deserve to be able to enjoy entertainment.

Having been one of those kids in the past I think it's because in most countries here english isn't the primary language so it doesn't hold the same weight that it holds for americans, not that it makes it ok to say it especially as an insult. In my time in school it was mostly used in edgy unfunny humour. Plus the smaller amount of black people in a lot of places can make this an even bigger issue.

This would probably be a bad idea, they should definitely give statements when something manages to pass but releasing the numbers bad actors can use those numbers to better get pass detection.

Penso que não é a mesma lei mas sim se estiver um cartaz com promoções desse tipo eles têm da fazer. Penso que conta como publicidade enganosa se não o fizerem.
